I have been using natural facial oils on my skin for years due to their many benefits including anti-ageing effects and gorgeous glowing skin. The essential nutrients in natural, plant-derived oils work to keep the skin hydrated and moisturised. Natural facial oils are rich in antioxidants and play a crucial role in fighting free radicals that are responsible for premature ageing. Fatty acids found in natural oils strengthen and nourish, whilst also helping to regulate sebum production and deliver shine-free skin. They help to reduce the appearance of stretch marks and scars, maintain skin hydration and softness, improve the appearance of dry skin, minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and promote skin elasticity and texture. Natural facial oils can be used alone or added to your favourite moisturiser. Always look for cold-pressed oils, these are more potent as the nutrients have not been altered by the heat during the extraction process.
Rosehip Oil
Rosehip oil is light, easily absorbed and non greasy, making it suitable for all skin types. It is rich in anti-ageing antioxidants, vitamins A, C & E and essential fatty acids (omega 3, 6 and 9). Vitamin A protects the skin while increasing cell turnover. Vitamin C plays a key role in collagen synthesis (more elastic and firm skin), enhances the skins natural healing process, and has a brightening effect. This miracle in a bottle can help to treat a range of skin concerns including dry or dehydrated skin, acne, wrinkles, pigmentation and scars. Rosehip oil not only moisturises, but locks in moisture to keep skin fresh and dewy.

Chia Seed Oil
Chia seed oil is rich in essential fatty acids, minerals, B-vitamins, amino acids, and anti-ageing antioxidants. Chia seeds are one of nature’s richest sources of omega 3. This pale yellow oil is rich in omega 3 essential fatty acids and is known to maintain moisture levels and encourage collagen and elastin production, supporting the skin’s structure, shape and texture. Chia seed oil contains the perfect 3-to-1 balance of omega 3 to omega 6 essential fatty acids for optimum skin nourishment. This lightweight oil doesn’t clog pores and is quickly absorbed into the skin.
Argan Oil
This relatively lightweight oil doesn’t clog pores, making it ideal for all skin types. Argan oil is the ideal choice for those with sensitive skin as it is very gentle and nourishing on the skin. It has a high concentration of anti-ageing antioxidants and essential fatty acids, instantly reviving the appearance of skin or hair by providing a healthy and beautiful sheen. Vitamin E and fatty acids give a natural hydration boost, intense moisturisation and improve the overall condition of the skin. Thanks to its rich composition, argan oil nourishes the skin, leaving it soft, supple and illuminated.

Facial Oil Tip: after cleansing, apply natural facial oils on slightly damp skin for an added moisture boost. It helps trap extra moisture. Warm 2-3 drops between your fingertips and gently massage your face and neck area, until fully absorbed.
